how can I activate the connection?

I install the modem and ONT to the fiber myself, But I still don't have fiber Why? I have a appointment with GUIDION on the 21th but I can't to be without internet, Pls help me

Is the PON light blinking on the ONT? Than it has to be activated by the technician so it's better to wait for Guidion.

 It's well installed, and there was Fibre before I just need Odido to activate the connection, is it possible for a moderator to do so knowing my email?

Is the PON light blinking green or is LOS/alarm red?

The technician also has to do the administration after internet is working.
