Today Feb 22 the wired glasvezel connection did not work at all. TV also not available.

Reset the modem more than 5 times, with no success.

 


Hi @gbtekkie, we had several reports about this yesterday, this has been resolved. Can you let me know if everything is working again? If not, we'll look into it further. I would like to hear back from you!

after numerous T-50 reseta”s, I managed to get on the line with a volleague of yours

she indicated the following sequence:

  • reset t-50
  • reset media converter
  • reset t-50
  • reset tv box

I confirm that sequence was successful and everything was back online.


Reageer
