My internet is not working for past 3 days,staying  in Hoofddorp area.On calling the lady spoke very badly and she said it won't work before tuesday and just disconnected the call.As a paid customer do we deserve this?When will it be working again?!

There was an outage in Hoofddorp a couple of days ago but that got fixed the same day. Do you have a Fiber or DSL connection?

Have you restarted the router and/or mediaconverter? Which lights are on, blinking or off on the mediaconverter if you have one and have you checked the cables?

Also make sure the T-Mobile router is connected.


I have restarted the modem,replugged in all the cables,still the internet light shows red in the modem.Can you please help with it.

I immediately wanted to analyse your Internet line, however it seems that your modem is fully online shortly after your last message. Feel free to post a message if you are still running into something.
