Try calling the customer support via 0800 0092 for extending your contract. Maybe they have a nice offer for you

Cool that you could help out @Waqqas! Small correction: you're completely correct that this was the old number with which you could reach our renewals department, but nowadays you can directly contact them by calling 0800 - 0419. The timeframe at which they're available is as follows:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 21:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00
