There’s digging happening next to my front door, and now the internet cable is cut due to that.

I directly called Odido for support and a report has been created with reference number 77291945.

 

The operator gave me an internet voucher for 7 days to use on my mobile as hotspot, but couldn’t tell me when the technicians will come to fix the cable, it might be today, tomorrow, or maybe in later days.

Is there a way to expedite the process? Because from one end the workers need to continue their job, and from the other end using hotspot for multiple days is not convenient at all.

Update:

Today I called Guidion and took an appointment for tomorrow morning.

 

No further actions needed at the moment.
