Hello the T-Mobile team,

For personal reasons, I have decided to leave the Netherlands… That’s why I want to cancel my internet subscription on the 11th of March. I have also 2 mobile subscriptions (me and my partner) and we have some monthly discounts because we have multiple accounts. I want to cancel my mobile subscription it as well but in one month or two. What should we do to cancel only Internet (at least for now) ? What would be the new price of the mobile subscriptions then ?

Hi @tb101, no worries! It's ashame that you are leaving us but ofcourse I am here to help you with this. I can see that you can cancel your Fixed subscription with one months notice. This means I can cancel it by 26-03-2023. If you want to cancel it by 11-03-2023, I will need to receive proof that by 11-03-2023 you are no longer living on your address and you haved moved. A proof of relocation is an official document. The following is eligible as a proof of moving: termination of rental contract from the landlord or a buyer's contract from an owner-occupied home. It can also be a lease or purchase agreement for the new address. Finally, we also accept proof of registration from the municipality (BRP). If you want this, please send me this document via klantenservice@t-mobilethuis.nl or call 0800-0092 to arrange this.

If it's OK to end your subscription by 26-03-2023, let me know. I will make sure this will be arranged. When canceling Thuis, the Klantvoordeel discount will stay, as you have two Unlimited subscriptions on the same address. This amount won't change!

@tb101 Sorry, there is a long processing time on email. Good that you contact us here again! I have checked your email right away, but there is no attachment of the document with proof of relocation with the email. Can you please send another email with the document? Thanks in advance!
