bad internet connection in Delft

Hi everyone,

My home internet connection in the 2627 AK area has been quite poor over the past few days. It disconnects for a few minutes, then resumes, and the same issue keeps happening.

This has made the connection very unstable. Is anyone else in or near this area experiencing similar problems, or is there something I can check on my side?

Hi ​@T Wang, it is of the utmost importance that you are able to use a stable connection. I would love to help you with this! You can always reboot the modem and see if this gives any improvement. If this is not the case, can you please let me know what lights are turning on on your modem and on the media converter if you use one?
