glass fiber connection. modem + converter reboot did not help, also the latter seems to have a yellow led in the ‘FO’ indicator, the ‘TX’ is green. No incoming signal?

 

also called client service, encountered 2 reactions this morning

  • no IVR, but english text immediately talking about all lines being busy
  • yes IVR, but immediately disconnecting after selecting language, at the part where i would need to speak my postcode

 

all of this sounds like a wide area outage considering similar posts from Den Haag & Ede, but no wide area outage announced.
