There's no internet for 2 hours now. Restarted router and converter. 5627JA 

Hi @AnkushGhai, thanks for reaching out! The issue was resolved yesterday evening. If you are still experiencing a problem with your connection, I would advise you to reboot the modem (and the Media Converter) by disconnecting them from the power for at least 10 seconds.
