Hello I came two turkey couple of days ago but the odido app is not updating and does not say how many more data I have. At the same time it says that my internet package is not activated even if I have unlimited plus including Turkey. When I enter my account online everything is activated but this not happening at application. Which is true?

Did you travel through Greece.? If yes, your sim card last connected to a network in Greece, before you went to Turkey. Please try the following:
The second screenshot shows the Mijn Odido app, is that correct? It shows the Internet op Reis-pas, because your sim card has not yet connected to a network in Turkey. I suggest using the Mijn Odido website for now, because it processes data usage faster in real time. Please let me know if the above options worked for you. If not, please fill in your zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN in your profile. I'm happy to look into it more! 😄
