Lost phone with eSIM, cannot log into app, need new eSIM

Hello,

I have lost my phone which had my Odido eSIM. I can log into the Odido website via iDIN, but I cannot log into the Odido app, because it asks for a 5-digit PIN that I do not remember. Without the app, I cannot request a new eSIM.

I am currently abroad, so I cannot visit an Odido store. Could a moderator please help me with either:

  • Resetting my 5-digit Odido app PIN, so I can log in and request the eSIM myself, or

  • Issuing me a new eSIM QR code and sending it to my registered email address.

My community profile has my full details (name, date of birth, address, phone number, and IBAN digits) filled in for verification.

Hi Jason, I hope you're enjoying your time abroad, despite of losing your phone! I can’t reset your 5-digit PIN for you. I can order a new eSIM for you. The only option besides activating it in 1 of our Shops is to download, install and activate it through Mijn Odido via iDIN verification. I just ordered the eSIM for you and I see that it’s ready for you to activate it on this page. Please let me know if you were able to activate it! 😊
