Hello,
I have lost my phone which had my Odido eSIM. I can log into the Odido website via iDIN, but I cannot log into the Odido app, because it asks for a 5-digit PIN that I do not remember. Without the app, I cannot request a new eSIM.
I am currently abroad, so I cannot visit an Odido store. Could a moderator please help me with either:

Resetting my 5-digit Odido app PIN, so I can log in and request the eSIM myself, or
-
Issuing me a new eSIM QR code and sending it to my registered email address.
My community profile has my full details (name, date of birth, address, phone number, and IBAN digits) filled in for verification.
