Delete odido account

Hello, I would like to delete my Odido.nl account. I am no longer living in the Netherlands and have no use for this phone number anymore. Is that possible? Thank you.

Hello ​@Roxana Timboiu welcome to our community! I fully understand that you want to cancel your subscription and have your account deleted, since you no longer live abroad. Do you mean you just want your Odido account deleted? I can delete it for you. I see that your subscription has not been cancelled yet. 

You can only cancel your subscription by phone by calling: 0800-0092 (from abroad +316-24001200) . This can be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30. If you are unable to call, you can also send your cancellation to us yourself using our online contact form. They will be happy to help you cancel your subscription. Please allow for one month's notice. Your subscription can be stopped at the earliest after one month's notice.

Is it possible to arrange this with my colleagues? They can also delete the account for you right away or I can do it as soon as they have cancelled your subscription.
