Can't activate new sim card

Hi,

I lost my old sim card and ordered a new one.I try to activate new sim card through iDIN from desktop webpage and the page can’t work. After click next step, It’s just idle without showing anything. Can someone help me activate my new sim card? Thanks!

Hi Kuomh, welcome to our Community! I'm happy to help you activate your new sim card. There are strict rules for activating new sim cards, so I just sent you an e-mail that you can reply to with a copy of your ID. Once you've done that, my colleague will do his best to activate your sim card within 4 hours. Please let me know if everything worked out for you! 😊
