Upgrading to Fiber


Hi there, 

I have cancelled my TV subscription. However, I want to upgrade my current internet connection to fiber. The cancellation request is still on hold for about a bit less than a month. I went to Odido shop next to my house but they said that I need to call customer service, which I couldn’t do due to me being busy most of the time. Can you please help with upgrading to 100 Mbit/s. Thank you in advance!

Hi there ​@AmgadShamsan, I am here for you! I could check your subscription right away. As you cancelled your TV subscription per 03-05-2025, with the months notice it will be cancelled on 02-06-2025. From this day, you can make changes again. A few more days, then you can arrange the change to Fiber! 😁

Can you fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can check why your cancellation is still on hold?

Once the cancellation is processed, you can upgrade to 100 Mbps.
