I have cancelled my TV subscription. However, I want to upgrade my current internet connection to fiber. The cancellation request is still on hold for about a bit less than a month. I went to Odido shop next to my house but they said that I need to call customer service, which I couldn’t do due to me being busy most of the time. Can you please help with upgrading to 100 Mbit/s.
