Client service sent me a voucher to get unlimited internet because my home internet is not working, I sent the code to 2244 around 1 hour ago, but I didn’t recieve any reply back. I am client of Ben. Is this normal?

I tried sedding it again, and I got a message telling me that this service is no longer active…


When did you get the voucher code? There is a restriction how long a voucher is valid before activated.
