Two subscription and extra charges

Hello everyone,

I had my 1 Gbit/s fibre internet installed at home on 19 September 2025. My package offers 1 Gbit/s upload and download speeds at a monthly charge of €45.00, with a discounted rate of €25.00 for the first 8 months.

However, since the installation, I have already paid €153.36, which seems incorrect. I should have only paid around €75.00 (3 months × €25.00). It appears that I am being charged for two subscriptions, resulting in double payments for September, October, and November.

I have contacted customer service several times, but unfortunately, they have not been able to resolve the issue.

Could someone please help me look into this and correct the double charging?

Have you checked the invoices to see for what you are paying? If you are indeed paying for 2 subscriptions, do you see 2 klantnummers?

In the invoice states one klantnummer:

And paying for Glasvezel 1 Gbit/s 45,00 euro.

Paying 36,00 euro for Internet (tot 100 Mbit/s down en 30 Mbit/s up) which was my previous subscription. 
 

This is october, 2025 invoice.

I already did. But I need to charged for Glasvezel not for the internet 400mbps. There are two subscription one cost 45 euros and the other cost 36 euros. This has happened with many users of Odido.

I have filled all the details in private profile of community. My profile is completed on community. Klantnummer with plus contract name and dates are in completed.
