Return of Equipment

Hello, I returned the equipment on Monday, January 27th. I did it with DHL. The system says it arrived at Odido on Wednesday. Today I received 2 emails requesting the return of the same. I await the conclusion.

Hi ​@eujoaorivera, no worries! It can take up some time like ​@Waqqas said. Have you sent everything back with the QR-code? Can you please share your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your community profile. That way we can look into your subscription if everything is going well with the return. Thanks!

It can take up to 2 weeks for your returned equipment to be processed, you can ignore the mails for now but please fill in your tracking code and other privé velden in your community profile.
