Request to cancel the current contract

Hi there, 

 

Hope you are doing well! 

 

I am reaching to cancel the current contract with Odido. I really enjoy everything what Odido offers, however I have to move the house where the Internet will be handled by the house owner. I will definitely return if I need to find an Internet provider myself in future. I am going to move out on 02/06/2025. How can I cancel the contract?

It's sad that we need to say goodbye, but I wish you all the best in your new home. ​@Waqqas is right, we can't arrange this cancelation, only my colleagues via 0800-0092 can do so. Why can't these colleagues help? If you want, please place your full name, street name, zipcode, house number, date of birth, your mobile number and the last four digits of your bankaccount into your Community account, so I can take a look into the call history. 

When you are still in contract, we ask you for a proof of your move. A proof of moving is an official document. It can be an end of your rental contract from the landlord or a buyer's contract from an owner-occupied home. It can also be a rental or purchase agreement from the new address. Finally, we also accept a certificate of registration from the municipality (BRP). We will also send the required information by email. Let me know when your details have been filled in, so I can check this for you!

In order to cancel your subscription you will need to call the customer support on telephone number 0800 0092.

That I did many times, but sofar nobody with sufficiënt knowledge has been able to help me yet.
