Hi, my contract expires in Feb 2025 but I have not received any offers for renewal or emails to remind me. I have seen very good promotions on Odido website for new sign-ups but what do you offer for renewal? I tried calling customer service but was put on hold for 45 minutes without anyone answering so I really hate to do it again.

 

Do you give renewal offers to retain customers? Or do I have to cancel my subscription and sign up a new one just to take advantage of the very good sign up promotions? Or otherwise I will have to sign up with competitors.

Hi ​@Dianshan Ee, we do offer renewal offers for our existing customers! To see what those offers are you can contact our sales department. They are the ones who have access to the offers and can make sure that you will be using the best deal. You can contact them by calling to 0800 0092, that way my colleagues can help you with this! 


If only I don’t have to wait on the phone being put on hold for 45minutes to 1 hour… tried it yesterday and it is very annoying.

After one year, the subscription will continue to work. There is no online or community for renewal offers. So, indeed you can cancel the subscription and start all over again, or you call after the holiday period, let's say the first week of januari. Than more employees will be in the phone queue again.
