I recently cancelled the Odido internet contract due to moving, and I didn’t manage to return modem before leaving. Since I was abroad, I wasn’t able to take the modem with me, and after returning to the Netherlands I no longer have access to it because the home’s owner will be away until next summer. Could you please advise me on what to do in this situation, considering that the email from Odido says I must return the modem within 14 days? I can arrange with the owner to return the modem to you as soon as he comes back.

I understand that you would like more clarity on this matter. You have a total of 60 days to return the modem. If you are unable to do so, the penalty will be sent to you. This will then have to be paid. If the modem is returned after that, we can reimburse you!
