I have a problem with my T-mobile thuis account. After logging in, there is a message that the order has been canceled.

Have you ordered T-Mobile Thuis and do you now see that your order has been cancelled or do you allready have T-Mobile Thuis and this message appears?
I ordered first, then canceled because I moved to another city. I have been connected to the internet for a month, but I cannot log in to my new account. Same e-mail address.
I guess the old subscription is still linked to your e-mail, a moderator can fix this for you.
So what do i have to do now?
