payment arrangement

Hey, can you please help me to make a payment arrangement? 
I log in my Odido account but I can’t see the button for it.

Hello ​@aciugyvenugerai I'm happy to help you with this! Good to know: a payment plan is possible for amounts of €30.00 or more. Is that the case here?

Can you add your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the bank account number we have on file to your profile and let me know when you've done so? Then I can take a look right away to see what's possible!
