Since this morning, my fiber connection is not working. All lights are green on the modem except the internet one.

Restart the ONT and than the router.


Did that many times. I called Odido, they said there’s a problem from their side, but I can’t find anything on the website or here.


Same situation for me. I found some information here though:

No idea why it isn’t on the “normal” storing page.

Same situation for me as well in Amsterdam West since 3 days, got the same reaction from Odido as you and still waiting for a fix or help, and still no information on the website or storing topic.


Hi all, the reason this outage was not visible on our outagepage is that this page doesn't show every outage on every network. We are working on this. That's why we place a note when checking your address and there isn't an outage, that you should please check our Community topic. Here, we place every known outage directly. It is best to check this right away. 

The outage in Amsterdam is fixed. @a.jansen I can see that you are still offline. There is an investigation going, please know that you will hear more soon. You have a limited mobile plan with us. Did you already receive a vouchercode for Unlimited Data? If you need this, please let me know!

Thank you for your reply @Cheyenne van Odido. The issue is still not resolved but a mechanic is going to investigate it tomorrow. I indeed already received a voucher for Unlimited Data, thanks for offering one and I will let you know if I need a new one if the issue still persists.
