No internet since Friday

Hi, I have a fiber connection in Zaandam and internet has been out since yesterday morning. The ONT has the red "Alarm” indicator.

 

It’s visible in https://www.odido.nl/storingen-en-onderhoud but no updates on when it will be resolved. It’s been 24 hours since, is it possible to get an update?

In the weekend there is not a lot of moderators. Call customer care to see if they can give you an unlimited mobile data voucher for a BEN or Odido simcard.
