I have no internet at home for more than 2 hours now, Eindhoven area. Resetting modem and media converter doesn't help. Is anyone from T-mobile working on it?????

 

Ditto. No connection since last 2 hrs, in Eindhoven area, resetting modem and router has no effect, red LOS light keeps blinking on the Huawei modem. I didn't see any mention of service outage, is T-Mobile even aware?
