someone help me, I find in hause only this, i conection but all the time I dont have internet

    It seems like you are using a splitter, please connect your modem directly with the main kpn connection point.

    In all hause i find only this I cant find nathink more this ia strange

    Above is for COAX cable internet, but to what point is the splitter connected in the startingpost?
