I don’t see anything when I connect to my account, and when I try to add my membership, it said it’s already used 

 

 

Hi @TR Ribes, thanks for creating a topic for this issue, I can definitely get your account to work! It seems that your current account is still connected to your old cable Internet subscription. Do you want to create a separate account for your new subscription or do you want to replace the old subscription with the new one in your My T-Mobile account?

Either way this will be solved for you! 😃
