Hello,

I have had a contract with Odido for a long time and my new address does not have ODIDO services. What can I do?

Sorry, There is no fiber at the new address

Odido rent fibers from several grid providers in the Netherlands. When there is no grod provider (yet) in your new town, than the 5G solution gives you at least some kind of internet access.

Depending on the coverage of the 3.5 Ghz 5G radio signals, the speeds can be really fast! But as it is radio, it really depends on the radio sites locations. The klik and klaar product can be reviewed by you in the first 14 days and has a contractterm of only 1 month. So in case fiber does come avaliable in the future, you can easily cancel the kik and klaar subscription.

Hi @eujoaorivera

If you use the fixed internet ZIP code checker, it says “no services possible”? Than there is no glas optical fiber or DSL in that house.

Than you might check the zip code chcker for “KLIK & klaar”. That is a fixed wireless solution which use the 5G network.

Hello

The 5G solution is interesting. However, I currently have fiber optics and would like to maintain the same service and speed that 5G does not provide.

But if your new adress has fiber than you should be able to maintain your Odido subscription since Odido is available on almost all the fiber networks in the Netherlands.
