Hello dear, I have been a customer with odido for over a year so far. I got a letter from odido by post saying that the fiber connection is now available in my street and all I have to do is just upgrade so I upgraded. Tow months now and just checking my transaction and noticed that 44 euros is was deducted from my account for internet and the increase turned out to be for Tv. Although I do not watch Tv channels and barely use it. It looks like when i upgraded it was automatically chosen for me. How can I cancel only the Tv subscription please?
