Since the day I started using fiberglass internet, my internet is not stable during evennings. The internet connection is good during the day. It gets worse after 6-7 PM.
When I submit a complain about this, I was told that I need another fiberglass converter device. It has been a few weeks already and I didn’t get any updates on when I am going to get the new convertor.
I am wondering if I can go back to using DSL at 100mbps which more stable than fiber 400mbps.

Hi @ckmks, i have looked into this for you and it is not possible to go back to DSL, otherwise I would have definitely offered this as a temporary solution! I see that you have been put on the list to change the fiberglass converter which should offer the solution. At this moment however the device is not in stock and we are not sure when this will be available again. As soon as it is, Guidion will immediately contact you to make an appointment to change the device. In the meantime, I can offer you vouchers for Unlimited mobile internet on your Odido or Ben sim card so that you are able to use your mobile data in the evenings. Please let me know if I can arrange the vouchers for you!
