Would it be possible to schedule a transfer of my mobile + home services from an address in the Netherlands to one in Germany from here?
My Dutch isn’t very good so calling was a bit difficult.
I will be moving in about a months time and would like to set everything up.

No, this is not possible. Both companies only share a name. Each European country with a T-Mobile provider has its own product proposition (and technique), which are country specific. Besides a home description in the Netherlands is address specific, and therefor not transferable. So, you should cancel your description and make a request within Germany.

Home internet is indeed not transferable to Germany but for mobile it is possible.
After you have subscribed to T-Mobile Germany your subscription here can be cancelled for free.
