moved outside Netherlands and still recieving bills after disconnection

Hello,

I have got my odido internet disconnected and moved back to my home country. But I am still receiving invoice to pay bills for the months after I left Netherlands. 

Please guide me what needs to be done.

Since you have already left for your home country, it is nice that everything is neatly arranged here. The reason you are still receiving invoices, I will gladly find out for you! Have you paid all the invoices? You can check them via your My Odido account and pay the outstanding invoices right there via the iDeal button. 

Can you state your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? Then I can check with you, so I can give you more clarity on that!

Hi ​@Dhwaj, Thanks a lot! I looked into it right away and I see that your contract with us ran until April 28, 2025. That's why you received an invoice for the redemption amount in February. If you move and want to cancel free of charge within the contract, we need proof of moving. A proof of moving is an official document. It can be an end of your rental contract from the landlord or a buyer's contract from an owner-occupied home. It can also be a rental or purchase agreement from the new address. Finally, we also accept a certificate of registration from the municipality (BRP). Can you please send one of the above documents to us? If you can still provide this to us, we can reimburse the costs for the redemption amount!
