Modem returned two weeks ago but received email money will be deducted

Hi.

I returned T-Mobile home modem box two weeks ago on June 4th via POSTNL. 

Today I received an email that modem has not be received and 75 euros will be deducted.

Return Code: 3SCFUS4988513

Please confirm that modem has been received an no money will be deducted.

Thanks for adding the proof op shipment, that really helps! I’ve registered the modem as having been returned. Any future emails regarding this subject matter may be disposed of in the trash bin and the fine won’t be charged.
