Thanks for being so honest and no worries: this can occur when you’re focused on moving to another home. I’ve de-registered the modem and have deleted the inventory notification. You won’t receive anymore emails regarding the return of said equipment.
Should you receive another email, simply drop it in the waste bin and ignore it. It might have slipped through the de-registration process due to it having been automated prior to the deletion.
