Since last Sunday, intermittent we had internet service completelt lost. The internet status lamp on the odido modem internet was red when there was no internet service. But the status lamp on fiber box are all good. Have tried power on/off and reset but nothing help. The location is at Arnhem Zuid. No network fault or werkzaamheden announce found on Ido website. 

Hi ​@wang65294, I would love to make sure you are back online as soon as possible. I see that you have already contacted us about this and that you have now made an appointment with a technician from Guidion. Can you please update me after the technician has visited you? 


The earliest time for appointment is on next Monday, so I guess I have to enjoy a traditional weekend.
