Hi ​@Gebruiker79, we can no longer process cancellations ourselves, but my colleagues are ready for you! They will help you if you call between Monday and Friday from 08:00 - 20:00 or Saturday from 09:00 - 17:30. Also let me know if I can change your mind about this! 😊
