Hi Odido Customer Service,

I would like to terminate my home internet subscription for the month of December because I have to leave the Netherlands next month.

 

Is it possible through this platform? Thanks for your help!

Hi @Denma, this is possible! We don't need additional information to terminate a subscription outside the annual contract. I can cancel the subscription for you with a one month term of notice. On which date do you want to cancel your subscription? Greetings, Ishana

Thank you for your reply! If possible, I would like to terminate my subscription on 12/01/2024 and give my internet equipment back before the end of November.

Hi @Denma, thank you for changing this. I want to double check the date that you want to end the contract with us, just to be sure! Do you want to end the contract on 12 January or do you want to end it on 1 December? If you want to end the contract in December, the earliest date I can stop the contract will be on the 6th of December since you always have 1 month cancellation notice. Will you let me know the correct date?
