Hi all,
I have tried to call Odido team already 4 times in the last 2 weeks waiting for customer service to pick up each time holding the line for almost 30mins with no response. This doesnt seem like a great customer service, they don´t have any customer care email that can pick it up, and their website´s AI support hasn´t been much of help either. Can anyone provide a shortcut? Seems like awful customer service in my opinion…
