I added a password via the link in the registration email, but even if I use the username (the @tmobile.thuis.nl mail address or my email)  it pops up “Your username and/or password is incorrect”

Smart that you seek for help! I just changed your password, and I could sign in via the usual way with your private email adres that you also use to log into your Community account. Could you try to use this email adres to request a password via this link: request password My T-Mobile Thuis. Afterward, you should be able to log in via the separate inlog environment for your My T-Mobile Thuis account
