As stated in the title, I cancelled my subscription sometime around May of this year. When i got billed for the month of June, I was not surprised as I had cancelled my subscription at the end of May. However, I recently got billed for the month of July, which I do not understand. I went to Odido’s website, and cancelled the plan again, but they are still trying to charge me for July.

This is also the reason why you still get billed, since your subscription is active. I also checked the communication logs and I don't see any log with my colleague about cancelling your subscription. How did you cancelled the subscription exactly in May? I can't find any information on this. It's also not possible to cancel the subscription on our website as you mentioned you did this. It's only possible through Odido customer service. If I can help you by cancelling the contract, I'm here for you. With cancelling the subscription there is always a one month notice period. The earliest I can cancel your subscription is for 30-8-2024. Let me know if I can arrange this for you!

Hi! The way I cancelled my subscription originally (and how I cancelled it again recently) was by going to Mijn Odido, and clicking on the service that I had a subscription for (in this case Internet) and cancelling it. In fact, right now if I go to Mijn Odido it doesn’t show any current subscription anymore, only giving me the choice to add a subscription.

Haven't you cancelled your mobile subscription @ccastrogarc? Internet + TV subscriptions can only be cancelled by contacting customer services, not through Mijn Odido. Mobile subscriptions can be cancelled via Mijn Odido. Do you want me to cancel it for you? As Demi said, the earliest I can cancel your subscription is for 30-8-2024.

Hi! I never had a mobile subscription, so I am pretty sure I did not cancel that. I only really had Internet and that’s it. I cancelled through Mijn Odido the only subscription I had with Odido, which was Internet. If you can, do cancel the subscription, although as I said prior, I have already tried doing this twice.
