Cancelation of home internet subscription

Hello,

I am moving out from my current place starting 21 Feb. to a new place which already has internet connection and thereby would like to cancel my internet contract. However, I cannot find the option to do this on the mijnodido website. How can I cancel the contract?

@aokay I wish we could’ve moved with you, but I understand the circumstances. Of course, I’ll help you make the arrangements to cancel the subscription. 

In order to cancel a subscription that's running within an annual contract, we need a proof of changing residence (proof of relocation). A proof of relocation is an official document. The following is eligible as a proof of moving: termination of rental contract from the landlord or a buyer's contract from an owner-occupied home. It can also be a lease or purchase agreement for the new address. Finally, we also accept proof of registration from the municipality (BRP).

Can you please send us one of the above documents in a private message? You can use a WeTransfer link to do so. 

Can you also add the last 4 digits of your bank account number to your community profile? The verification will then be complete, so I can make the arrangements for you. Please let me know when you’re ready. I’m happy to assist!

Unfortunately, Odido doesn't provide internet service at my new place. That’s why I’d like to cancel it. I sent you a private message with WeTransfer link. You can find my new home contract.

I also added the last digit my iban number to my profile.
