I cancelled my subscription, last day is 28th Feb 2025. Actually it was a mistake. I will be leaving the Netherlands on 27th Feb 2025 afternoon. Can I change the date of cancellation to 26th Feb 2025? Also, do I need to return the router? If yes how May I do so? If I need to return, I hope I can get the information as soon as possible.

All providers have a 1 month cancellation period so it cannot be cancelled earlier.
If you have a Draytek, Huawei or Zyxel-T50 router than you don't have to return it. All other routers must be returned. Since you are going abroad 1 day earlier you can pack the router and add a note with your klantnummer etc. at a DHL point tell them that the parcel needs to go to Odido Retouren.

I raised the cancellation request and got the approval on 21st January 2025, so it’s still more than 1 month from 26th Feb 2025. Is it possible to change the date of cancellation now?
