I’m an aupair who was wrongly put on a 2 year subscription under my own bank account. I leave next month to return home to the US permanently. I need to cancel the mobile plan and filling out the online cancellation form hasn’t helped me enough. Calling customer service they said to fill this out and I’ve done it twice and received no response yet about it. I was told there’d be a cancellation fee which is fine as long as I’m able to cancel as I won’t need a dutch number anymore or an eu data plan.
