Cancel Internet Subscription

Hi, 

I’m an aupair who was wrongly put on a 2 year subscription under my own bank account. I leave next month to return home to the US permanently. I need to cancel the mobile plan and filling out the online cancellation form hasn’t helped me enough. Calling customer service they said to fill this out and I’ve done it twice and received no response yet about it. I was told there’d be a cancellation fee which is fine as long as I’m able to cancel as I won’t need a dutch number anymore or an eu data plan.

In order to cancel your subscription you will need to call the customer support, your subscription cannot be canceled via this community anymore.

I called customer service and they said to contact the cancellation team. I’ve filled out the form and heard nothing back. I want to make sure that I can cancel it before I return home as I don’t want to be in legal and financial trouble later.
