Cacnel my Internet + TV subscription

Hi All,

 

Need help regarding cancellation of subscription. 

I tried to the chat bot, it cannot do it for me and asks to call. I tried 08000092 and i stay in the line for more than 20 min but no one picks up the call. I tried it two back to back days. 

I am leaving NL so I need to terminate it ASAP. I also referred to the community post 

 however the link provided does not work for me. Here is what I see.

 

 

Can someone help me out.
