I had cancelled my odido subscription within the notice period, but was charged a contract cancellation fee. After speaking to customer service, they agreed that this was a mistake, and promised me that I will get the money back. If I log into my odido, I do see a factuur for -255,95, but I still didn’t get the refund. Could you please check and let me know when I will get this refund?

Hi @kalpik, thanks for reaching out, I would love to give you clarity! The system is going to send a transfer request anytime now to the bank. Because we have a corporate bank account, it takes a couple of days for the transfer to take place. Therefore, you will have the full amount on your bank account before the end of this week.

I am sure that you are going to see a nice amount on your bank account within the next couple of working days! 😄
