Urgent! Ordered two eSIMs, the cause is first one was unable to use ans register.
I have ordered ESim from Odido, for a week i have not received a confirmation for this number and could not register that number on My Odido, then i ordered another esim with contract for two years, this number I could without a problem register to My Odido and use. In the next two days I have received two esims from first and second order, and now i have a problem, because odido wants me to pay for a first subscription too, even though i can not register that number and cannot cancel it myself. What should I do? The service was not helping and waa not giving me answers.
