My mobile contract is expiring in three weeks. I would like to end subscription and change this to pre-paid. Is there an option like this? 

Hello ​@Yaliang, welcome to our Community! Yes, that is certainly possible and I can take care of it for you. Please take into account one month's notice. After that your subscription can be converted to PrePaid. 

In order to do this for you, I only need your postal code + house number in your profile. Can you fill it in for me? Then I will do an extra verification with you. Once that is successful, I can start the conversion to PrePaid for you!

I can convert the subscription to PrePaid by 9/01/25 at the earliest if you would like. Or would you prefer a different date? To be able to make it happen for you, I just need to do an additional verification to make sure you are the right person. 

I have just sent a verification code to your number by SMS. Can you share it with me? And also indicate if you agree with the date 09/01/25? Then I can process the conversion to PrePaid for you!

Hi ​@Yaliang, thanks for sharing the code! I have just processed the cancellation for you. Your subscription will be converted to PrePaid as of January 9, 2025. I have also sent you a confirmation email about this. 

There is no minimum amount for PrePaid service. You only need to make sure you have enough credit in your account so you can make calls/texts. Keep in mind that you actively use your PrePaid connection at least once every 6 months. By active use we mean: 

  • Calling yourself (if the call is answered)
  • Recording someone else's voicemail
  • Sending text messages
  • Top up credit yourself
  • Mobile internet
  • Forwarded call (only if the party forwarded to accepts the call).

As long as you perform 1 of the above items once every 6 months, your PrePaid connection will remain active. If not, your PrePaid and number will expire. You will always receive several reminders about this. We do this so that we do not keep numbers active on our network unnecessarily.
