TCL Kinder smartwatch MT42(Odido) water damaged

I son had entered pool with the watch in hand so it is damaged , now what is the next step to fix this or get it replaced as we are still a long way in our 2 year subscription?

How unfortunatly that the watch broke down. Waterdamage is something which is hard to repair. More or less the whole watch is 1 pcb which will be more costly than buying a new one. This kind of damage does not fall under warrenty. It is only able to withstand some light rain.

Hi, no these kind of smartwatches are not sold seperatly by Odido. But you can look for them at retailers. The nano simcard from the old watch might still work. If not, than the customer care phone team can send a new simcard.
That's a pity..
It's not practical to expect the watch to last for 2 years without any damage.. there should be an option with odido subscription itself to handle this better.
Are you sure there is nothing odido can do to provide a new watch?
+9Hi Sbalram, I'm sorry to hear about your child's Smartwatch. You can send the Smartwatch to Dr. Mobile for repair. Or you can do this together with one of my colleagues in an Odido Shop near you. I can't tell you how much it will actually cost, but Dr. Mobile will let you know this, so you can choose to have them repair it. Please let me know if you're choosing this option and if everything worked out with sending it to Dr. Mobile!

I actually visited the odido shop in Liedsche rijn on Saturday and I got reply that nothing can be done, and for getting a new watch i need to check with customer service?
So pls suggest to me what is the next best action to take for this situation?
