I recently tried to order 2 phones with a loan of 2 years payment but for some reason the delivery company didn’t want to deliver the phones and cancelled the order.
so I paid 30€ in total and the money was not reversed to my account yet.
is that normal?

+14Probably the verification of ID or bankaccount could not be provided. That need to be a perfect match otherwise the phones may not be handed off.
You could go to a Odido shop and talk with the representatives and let the phones delivered there for you.
