I writing for my mother as she is currently overseas and her phone requested for her SIM card PIN and she does not have the SIM card PIN code. Can someone from Odido help her get her PIN? We can share all the private information needed in a private message.

If your mothers clicks on stuur me een mail on this page and enters her 06 number and email than she will receive an email with the pin and pukcode.
Unfortunately she does not know her email address. She told me the SIM card was changed recently to Odido. Is it possible to send a letter of the pin and pukcode to her registered home address instead?

However, through this way, I only have the possibility to send the pin and puk code to the e-mail address that is known in our systems, for security reasons.
Does your mother have access to her My Odido app? If so, she can find her PIN and PUK code under ‘Meer’ (More) and then ‘Simkaart en Pukcode’ (SIM card and PUK code).
Your mother can also contact us by phone using another phone if necessary. My colleagues can then give her the PIN and PUK code over the phone after the necessary verifications. Our customer service can be reached at 0800 0092 and from abroad at +31624001200.
